Please join us in welcoming Ava Celli to her new role with BRI!
Ava officially joined the BRI team after starting as an associate in 2023. She currently serves as the lead evaluator for two 21st CCLC grants in addition to providing data management services to one client. She began her career in education as an upper elementary school teacher first with Teach For America in Houston, then back in her native Northern Virginia for 5 additional years.
She completed a graduate degree in educational psychology, then started her evaluation career at SRI International. Looking for more flexibility after having her first son, she was happy to find the incredible BRI team and is thrilled in her new role as employee. When not evaluating or managing data, you can find Ava singing in a community choir, crafting, and spending time with her husband, two young sons, two cats, and many family members who live nearby.
