A new grant opportunity is available: NYSCA FY2018 Architecture + Design Program Grants
Agency: NYS Council on the Arts
Purpose: Architecture + Design supports organizations and individuals that promote innovation and excellence in the design arts. NYSCA grants support the preservation and understanding of New York State’s architectural + design heritage, and encourage public understanding of design in New York State.
The program prioritizes the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, historic preservation, graphic, fashion, industrial and interior design. This NYSCA grant supports organizations to help them realize their artistic and cultural visions, and programs that deepen public appreciation and advance understanding of architecture and design.
Non-profit art, culture and heritage organizations that are inclusive and have artists and programmatic offerings that reflect New York State’s diversity of people, geography and artistic interests are supported and encouraged by NYSCA.
Eligibility: Not-For-Profit, Governmental Entity, Tribal Organization
Grant period: January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018
Application Due Date: March 21, 2017; 4pm EST
Funding Availability- General Operating Support $5000-$50,000 Project Support $2,500-$25,000 Independent Projects- up to $10,000
