ECHS Grants Available - deadline soon

NYSED is expanding its Early College High School Program by offering a grant opportunity that is for Multi-District Consortia. The purpose of this grant is to increase high school graduation and postsecondary degree completion rates, and increase the number of college graduates pursuing careers in computer science fields, especially among historically underrepresented and/or economically disadvantaged students.  This is goal is achieved by developing Early College High School (ECHS) Partnerships within New York State.
Applications will be accepted from consortia of public schools districts, or public school districts and BOCES, in partnership with one or more institutes of higher education. All NYS counties are eligible.  The timeline on this grant application is very short, please take note of important dates listed below.
