EHR Core Research Proposals Being Accepted

Grant Opportunity:  The National Science Foundation is currently accepting proposals for the EHR Core Research (ECR) Program. The ECR Program seeks to advance U.S. STEM education and support the development of the next generation of STEM professionals by funding research projects pertaining to STEM learning and learning environments, broadening participation in STEM, and/or STEM workforce development. The ECR Program also supports synthesis projects for the meta-analysis of existing knowledge of critical importance to STEM learning and/or education as well as conference proposals related to the goals of ECR. Grant Amount: ECR Proposals may may fall within three levels of funding.
  1. Level 1 Proposals: have a maximum award size of $500,000. Synthesis proposals may only be budgeted at Level 1 or 2.
  2. Level 2 Proposals: have a maximum award size of  $1,500,000.  Synthesis proposals may only be budgeted at Level 1 or 2.
  3. Level 3 Proposals: have a maximum award size of  $2,500,000.
Grant Period:    Level 1 and Level 2 proposals have a maximum grant duration of three years. Level 3 proposals have a maximum grant duration of five years.
