Evaluation Associate Lynn Moulton was recently featured on the Newburgh Enlarged City School District's (NECSD) online news page! At the beginning of December, Lynn presented evaluation findings for NECSD's 21st Century Community Learning Center Program at their quarterly Program Advisory Council Team (PACT) meeting.

The 21st Century Program at NECSD, in which Brockport Research Institute is the local evaluator, provides after-school academic tutoring and enrichment activities for K-5 students in five schools. In addition, the 21st Century Program seeks to promote parent involvement through a variety of family programs and PACT meetings. Lynn leads evaluation efforts at NECSD based on the NYS framework of evaluability, implementation evaluation, and impact (or outcome) evaluation.

The Newburgh program, now in its second year, is part of the 21st Century Community Learning Center Program funded by the U.S. Department of Education through the NYS Education Department (NYSED). NECSD is one of five sites in which Brockport Research Institute is the local evaluator.

We look forward to continuing our partnership with NECSD!
