Grants To Increase Legal Education Accessibility

Grant Opportunity: Access Group's Legal Education Diversity Pipeline Grant supports projects that conduct effective interventions at the post-secondary, law-school transition, and the law-school stages of the educational pipeline in order to improve access to legal education. Access Group has a particular interest in projects focusing on students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Projects may address the issue of legal education access on a national or local level. 

Eligibility: Law schools that are members of Access Group as well as 501(c)(3) nonprofit and public organizations are eligible to apply. 

Grant Period: Applicants must propose a grant period of performance between 6 months and 24 months.  

Grant Amount: Individual awards will be between $25,000 and $125,000.
