Deadline December 21: National Alliance for Grieving Children

Grant Opportunity: Children are experiencing multiple forms of trauma in an era of COVID-19. To meet the unique challenges of this time, the National Alliance for Grieving Children is providing general operating grant funds to nonprofit organizations that serve the needs of bereaved children.

Funding can support new and ongoing initiatives that include, but are not limited to, the following:

The request cannot exceed 10% of the organization’s most recent fiscal year operating funding.

Eligibility: Organizations classified as 501(c)(3) nonprofits by the IRS are invited to apply. Organizations must have at least a single paid staff position.  

Grant Amount: Grants will be awarded in $10,000, $25,000, and $50,000. Awards will be made based on the budget and needs described in the application.

Important Dates:

               Thursday, December 3: An informational webinar will be provided for organizations interested in applying at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern); click here to register for the event.

               Monday, December 21: The application window will close at 8:00 p.m (Eastern)
