Darlene García Torres is a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University at Buffalo. Her work examines higher education outcomes for Hispanic students. She has served as faculty at SUNY Buffalo State and Boston University, and she currently serves as a peer reviewer for Educational Administration Quarterly, Teaching and Teacher Education, and Educational Studies. She is also an active member of the American Education Research Association where she has presented on educational leadership styles and teacher outcomes. Darlene is currently serving as lead evaluator for NSF grants.
