Lynn Moulton has written and evaluated numerous successful NYSED grants, including multiple Math-Science Partnership programs, as well as serving as the external evaluator for a multi-million dollar 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. While a Senior Engineer for General Physics Corporation, she developed and implemented quality testing procedures, created and conducted training courses, and acted as project manager for their online monitoring software projects. Lynn's dedication to the support and improvement of education is evident through her volunteer commitments to the BEST Education Foundation, local and regional PTAs, and Literacy Rochester.
