Funding to Increase Engagement with Nature

Grant opportunity: The National Wildlife Federation (NWF), in partnership with NBC’s The Americas, is now accepting applications for the Americas Green Hour™ School Challenge. This program provides grants for innovative projects that connect schools, classrooms, or groups to nature in meaningful ways.

Eligibility: Students, parents, educators, or youth program directors representing a non-profit school, club, team, or after-school-learning program are eligible to apply.

Grant Amount and Grant Period: A maximum of $10,000 can be requested with a one-year grant period.

Grant Deadline: April 11th, 2025
