On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, Kelley Madden, PhD, and Kim Collins, MS attended the Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony celebrating the completion of Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School’s (EMHCS) Joseph Campus expansion project. The newly completed addition tastefully blends elements of the former Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, with graceful arched windows, original ornate trim, and even a rank of original organ pipes to create bright and eye-catching gathering spaces.
The new building will serve children in grades 7-12. BRI is proud to serve as the external evaluator for the EMHCS long-running 21st Century Community Learning Centers program.
