Kelley Madden, Ph.D.

Kelley Madden is Director of Evaluations at BRI. She oversees and manages BRI’s extensive portfolio of evaluation projects, including projects funded by the National Science Foundation, Department of Health and Human Services (SAMHSA), National Institutes of Health and NYS Education Department. She has served as BRI’s lead evaluator on educational grants for public school districts, NSF grants for higher education clients, and federal grants to state agencies. She is well versed in all stages of evaluation, including proposal and budget development, evaluation plan development, instrument development, and data collection and analysis. Prior to her work at BRI, Dr. Madden was a Research Professor at the University of Rochester for 22 years, funding her research with grants from the National Institutes of Health/National Cancer Institute and Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program. She has served as ad hoc grant reviewer for NIH/NCI, and she has been a long-time scientific reviewer as a member of the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester Research Advisory Board.
