Teacher Development Grants Available for K-12 Educators

Grant Opportunity: The McCarthey Dressman Education Foundation's Teacher Development Grants provide funds to teams of K-12 teachers to develop and implement projects that encourage critical inquiry in students through innovative methods. The foundation is interested in projects that support their mission of improving classroom instruction and promoting best practices through cooperative and sustained commitment to increased efficacy, improved teaching, and active learning.

Eligibility: Teams of licensed K-12 teachers employed in public or private schools in the United States are eligible to apply. 

Grant Amount: A maximum of $10,000 per year is awarded to individuals for a maximum of $30,000 over the three year grant period. 

Grant Period: The grant period for Teacher Development Grants is three years.
