Bringing Bee Programs to Schools and Nonprofits

Grant Opportunity: The Whole Kids Foundation, in partnership with the Bee Cause Project, provides funding through their Traditional Bee Grant program to schools and non-profit organizations to start or enhance a bee program in order to increase student knowledge about the vital role these pollinators play in our food system.
 
Eligibility: Eligible applicants include K-12 schools or non-profit organizations with support from a knowledgeable beekeeper or bee educator.
 
Grant Amount: Grant recipients will receive a choice of either $1,500 in funding or a combination of a custom-made Indoor Observation Hive from The Bee Cause Project and a $500 monetary grant to support hive maintenance.
