Engaging the Public in 2024 Solar Eclipse Education and Outreach

Grant Opportunity: The American Astronomical Society's (AAS) Engaging the Public with the April 2024 Solar Eclipse grant program provides funding for nonprofit organizations to fund programs, activities, and events that engage the public via education, outreach, and/or science programs ahead of the Great American Eclipse on April 8th, 2024.
 
Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations, K12 schools, and institutions of higher education located in the United States are eligible to apply.
 
Grant Amount: Grants will generally range between $1,000 to $5,000 with a smaller number of grants ranging from $5,001 to $20,000.
 
Deadline: November 10th, 2023
