Registration is now open for Thinking Critically About Poverty and the Poor.  Poverty plays a critical role in the lives of many of our students. The purpose of this interactive course is for participants to examine their views and assumptions about poverty through the lens of the Federal government poverty guidelines, the nine- county Finger Lakes regional report on poverty, and work done on the common myths of poverty. This class is instructed by Dr. Jeff Linn, Chair and Professor of Educational Administration, SUNY College at Brockport.

Audience:  PK-12 Educators
Cost: $127.00 per person for WFL BOCES districts who purchase the core. $165 for all others.
