NEH Funding Available: Digital Humanities Advancement Grants

Grant Opportunity: NEH is accepting, reviewing, and processing grant applications on its normal schedule, without change to announced application deadlines. The Institute of Museum & Library Services (IMLS) will provide funding for projects that advance access to, public engagement with, and preservation of digital collections. Digital Humanities Advancement Grants (DHAG) are designed to support projects that encourage experimentation, reuse, and extensibility of digital archives to enhance scholarly research and teaching. Proposals are welcome for digital initiatives in any area of the humanities.

Eligibility:  IMLS prioritizes funding for projects that encourage collaborations between library and archives professionals, humanities professionals, and relevant public communities.

Grant Amount:  Level I: $50,000

                           Level II: $100,000

Grant Period: Up to 3 years
