The National Science Foundation (NSF) has announced that funding is available to enhance the computing experience on college campuses. The Campus Cyberinfrastructure funding program, or CC*, offers funding to make improvements across many environments. Institutions can apply for funding in the following categories: Data Driven Multi-Campus or Multi-Institutional models, Cyber Team (building a center of knowledge and expertise), Data Driven Networking Infrastructure, Campus Computing, Network Integration, Network Design and Implementation for Small Institutions, Integrated Storage.
