A handwritten essay could net one overachiever a $50,000 grant.  The Pilot Corporation of America, makers of the G2 pen, is holding an essay contest to recognize the work of someone who is dedicated to making the world a better place by helping others. Entrants must submit a 1000 word essay explaining how they, or their nominee, is an overachiever.  Winners will also be awarded a trip to meet Shonda Rhimes, television producer and writer.
