[caption id="attachment_1160" align="alignleft" width="150"] Bill Lynch[/caption] BRI is proud to introduce a new associate, Bill Lynch.  Bill has recently retired as Superintendent of the Fulton City School District,  where he also served as Executive Director of Instruction and Assessment, Elementary Principal and School Psychologist. He has spent the past 39 years in public education, and we are excited to add him to the BRI team.  Bill has a vast array of experience with the Oswego County P-Tech Program. Bill is an experienced professional developer, offering workshops in Creating a College-going Culture, Leadership Coaching, and Curriculum Development.
