At Brockport Research Institute, we are committed to "The Triple Bottom Line"- profits, people, and planet. That is why when designing our new offices, we placed a priority on creating an environmentally-conscious space where our associates would be glad to work in.
In order to decrease landfill waste and our carbon footprint, the new BRI kitchenette features biodegradable coffee pods and a compost bin. Reuseable cutlery and dishes are available for any associate to use. The kitchenette also features a fast boil electric kettle which minimizes the energy consumption needed to boil water for coffee and tea.
Our office space has gone through other major transformations these past few months as well. The new space includes multiple workstations with wireless printing, a conference area with a smart screen, private phone nook and The Serenity Room- a respite and free-use space. These new features will allow us to be better able to serve the needs of our clients and serve as a central location where associates can access any facilities they need for their projects. We look forward to continuing our work in this new space!
