We are excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Kelley Madden, PhD as Director of Evaluations, effective October 1, 2019. Kelley has been an associate at Brockport Research Institute since March. Prior to joining BRI, she was a Research Associate Professor at the University of Rochester Medical Center in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. Her accomplishments include a 20-year track record of successful NIH and DOD grant funding and publications in breast cancer research.

As the Director of Evaluations, Kelley will provide oversight of all evaluations to ensure the consistent, high-quality evaluation service
BRI is known for. She will also be in charge of training new evaluators,
assigning evaluators to proposals, writing Evaluation Sections and budgets for grant proposals, and meeting with new clients to assess their evaluation needs.

“I am excited to be leading BRI’s Evaluation Division," she says, "I have already worked with several BRI evaluators, and I am impressed by the passion and high quality of the evaluators. I am looking forward to working with all BRI’s evaluators and clients.”
