Grant Opportunity: The Whole Kids Foundation is now accepting applications for their Garden Grant Program. In order to connect kids with how their food is grown as well as provide new tools for the classroom curriculum, this program will provide funds for schools and nonprofits to develop a new or support an existing edible educational garden.
Eligibility: K-12 charter or public schools, including tribally controlled and Bureau of Indian Education schools, non-profit private schools, and nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations that serve at least ten children within the K-12 age range are eligible to apply.
Grant Amount/ Grant Period: Garden Grants are one time awards of $3,000.
