BRI's Director of Evaluations, Kelley Madden, was invited to participate in the High Impact Technology Exchange (Hi-TEC) 2024 Conference in Kansas City, MO. Supported by the National Science Foundation’s Advanced Technological Education (NSF ATE) program, Hi-TEC is a national conference on advanced technological education to prepare a skilled technical workforce. At a Special Interest Group session entitled ATE Evaluators: Connect, Share and Learn, Dr. Madden gave a presentation about the influence of local culture on ATE project success. Dr. Madden also participated as a panelist in an Ask Us Anything panel, tailored to those new to ATE grants to explore the importance of evaluation in maximizing project impact.
