Bill Lynch spent over 40 years in his career in Public Education. Since his retirement as Superintendent of the Fulton City School District in 2016, he has worked in career development, bridging high school and early college learning to prepare students for successful careers in the workforce. He has served as the Work Force and Partner Liaison, Co-Chairperson of the Governance Team and Principal of the Oswego County P-TECH Program. Bill also works with the Fulton City School District's Early College High School Information Technology and Health Sciences Programs. Prior to becoming Superintendent of the Fulton Schools in 2005, Bill served as Executive Director of Instruction and Assessment, Elementary Principal and School Psychologist. He also served as Assistant Director of Special Education for the Oswego County BOCES. Bill provides professional development with BRI on customizable topics and is currently consulting with area school districts on the implementation of NYSED Early College High School grants.
