Bill Lynch is recently retired with 39 years spent in Public Education. He has been the Work Force Liaison, Co-Chairperson of the Governance Team and former Principal of the Oswego County P-TECH Program. He has been involved with Oswego County P-TECH since the program’s inception in 2015. Bill is the retired Superintendent of the Fulton City School District where he also served as Executive Director of Instruction and Assessment, Elementary Principal and School Psychologist.
