Deb Leh is an Associate at BRI with more than 30 years of experience in K–12 education. Her expertise includes educational leadership; curriculum, instruction, and assessment; social and emotional learning; culturally responsive practices; and career and technical education. She currently serves as a project evaluator or co-evaluator for grants funded by the New York State Education Department; the National Science Foundation; and Marian University’s School-Based Mental Health Program, associated with a United States Department of Education grant. Prior to joining BRI, Deb served as a school superintendent and previously held roles as Assistant Superintendent of Student Learning, Curriculum Director, and Business Teacher. She is also an experienced leadership coach and serves as a committee member for doctoral students at a local university.
