Erin Cole is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Assistant Professor of Social
Work at Nazareth College. She has extensive experience and expertise in trauma-
informed care, social-emotional learning, and restorative practices in the school setting.
As a BRI Associate since 2024, Dr. Cole has provided workshops for educators and
counselling professionals on such topics as Culturally Responsive Practices, Trauma
Informed Instruction, and Social-Emotional Learning.
