Kimberly Ganley, Ed.D. is Director of Professional Learning at BRI. She oversees a staff of over 20 instructors in a wide range of pedagogical methods, content areas and social-emotional learning strategies. She brings over 30 years of experience in public education (Pre-K to 12+) within Monroe #2 BOCES, the Rochester City School District (RCSD) and Webster Central Schools. During her career at the RCSD she provided districtwide school improvement workshops and job-embedded training as a Special Education and Training Resource Center (SETRC) Trainer. Her knowledge and experience include a variety of topics related to school improvement educational best practices, and educational disabilities. As a Special Services Director in Webster she worked with K-12 faculty and staff to apply Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, (PBIS); Multi-tiered Systems of Support, (MTSS); Response to Intervention, (RTI) as well as continuing to implement best practices with educational and assistive technologies. She has recently focused her own professional learning practice on assistive technology applications as well as accommodations within career and technical education.
