Michele has been a Program Research & Evaluation Specialist with Brockport Research Institute since 2024, providing evaluation support for Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program grantees. She brings 25 years of experience in diversity and multicultural counseling, mental health policy and services, and grant writing, serving foundations, government agencies, and other organizations. She provided evaluation consultation for 70 campus centers and co-developed a toolkit for American Association of Colleges & Universities’ Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation™ program.
