Terra Wiens is an evaluator at BRI. She has experience with both qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methods. She has worked as lead evaluator on a variety of National Science Foundation evaluations. Her background includes working with state governments, universities, and nonprofits in the areas of public health and data analysis.
