Tom Nicoll provides business development insight and leadership at BRI. With nearly 30 years as a commanding officer for the US Marine Corps, he was responsible for the management of logistics, new construction projects, and operational training of enlisted recruits at many sites across the country. His work for BRI includes overseeing professional development workshops focusing on Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Collaborative Innovation, among others. In addition, he serves as a consultant to a range of government agencies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
