Tracy Herman has extensive experience in the field of formative and summative educational evaluations, designing evaluation instruments, protecting human research subjects, conducting primary field research and secondary research, synthesizing data, and supporting local, state, and federal reporting for over 20 years. She is skilled in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and development and implementation of mixed methods studies. She has supervised or served as the Lead Evaluator for numerous K-12 and higher education BRI projects including NSF S-STEM, IUSE, Noyce, and I-TEST, ESSA McKinney-Vento, and NYSED Extended School Day/School Violence Prevention and Early College High School grant programs.
