Grant opportunity: The New York Life Foundation’s Aim High Grant provides funding for out-of-school (OST) programs that help youth in low-income and disadvantaged communities successfully transition from middle-school to high-school.
Grants are administered in two categories. One-year grants will be awarded to programs that demonstrate successful student engagement strategies and have strong impact data. Two-year grants will be awarded to middle school programs to support efforts that help reduce school absences and chronic absenteeism.
Eligibility: Nonprofit afterschool and summer learning programs that serve middle-school students are eligible to apply.
Grant Amount and Grant Period: One-year grants will award $20,000, and two-year grants will award $100,000.
Grant Deadline: March 7th, 2025
