Grant opportunity: The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation's (NYS OPRHP) New York Places for Learning, Activity, and Youth Socialization (NY PLAYS) Initiative provides funding for the design, construction, and renovation of public playgrounds throughout the state. 

Eligibility: Municipalities and non-profits that are prequalified through the New York State Statewide Financial System (SFS) are eligible to apply.

Grant Amount: Awards will range between $100,000 and $2,500,000.
