Grant Opportunity: The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health’s Occupational Safety and Health Training Project grants provides funding for training programs to develop the next generation of occupational safety and health professionals and researchers. Funds from this program will go towards trainee expenses (such as stipends and tuition) as well as training-related expenses.
Eligibility:
The following are eligible to apply:

Institutions of higher education

Nonprofits
-
Units of government, including tribal

Independent school districts
-
Public housing authorities
-
Faith-based and community organizations
Grant Amount and Grant Period: Undergraduate programs may request a maximum of $50,000 per year. Graduate programs may request a maximum of $150,000 per year. Occupational Medicine residency programs may request a maximum of $250,000 per year.
The grant period for proposals from new applicants will be a maximum of three years. The grant period for renewal proposals from returning applicants will be a maximum of five years.
