Grant opportunity: The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's Community Impact Grant Program provides support for projects that address environmental and public health concerns in New York State, particularly in low-income and minority communities historically burdened by environmental problems.

Eligibility: Nonprofit community-based organizations and unincorporated community-based organizations partnering with an incorporated nonprofit organization are eligible to apply. For specific eligibility requirements, please click here.

Grant Amount and Grant Period: Awards will range between $50,000 and $200,000 with a grant period of 36 months between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2028.
